Chris Brown  later took it to twitter saying he and meek mill had no beef.

But it seem Roscoe Dash's voices opinion was to promote His new mixtape 2.0 according to his later tweets.  It seemed he called it free promo.I guess some artist has a wierd way to get they time to shine.
