50 Cent has mysterious illness !? We got the cause of it !

#AMPtv has learned that rapper 50 Cent is currently in the hospital and is VERY sick. According to our source, 50 was admitted to a New York hospital 2 DAYS ago, for a mysterious illness.

How serious is the illness? Well first off, it's SERIOUS ENOUGH for 50 to CANCEL appearances at NYs HOT 97 radio station, where he was set to promote his new MIXTAPE with DJ Drama - GANSTA GRILLZ LOST TAPE.
And there's more. 50s good friend Floyd Mayweather Jr. is asking fans to keep him in their prayers. “Please keep 50 Cent in your prayers he is in the hospital and he is extremely sick…we will remain positive," Mayweather said earlier today on Atlanta's V103's Ryan Cameron show.
An extremely ill 50 has been using Twitter to update everyone on his condition.
"I don't want to go into surgery. @FloydMayweather call my phone why your phone off," the music mogul wrote on the social networking site. "Do not do a @djdrama gangsta grillz this is all I get. Ain't this a b*tch. I give 15 tracks you give me this."

According to Drama, Fif is simply suffering from a minor stomach virus.

Although 50 didn't disclose his ailment, DJ Drama confirmed to XXLMag.com that 'Fif was suffering from a "stomach virus." "First they wanted to keep it quiet, but he's not a quiet guy," said Drama about 50, who is collaborating with Dram to put out his The Lost Tape gangsta grillz mixtape on May 22. "He should be cool. It's nothing that serious. We still gonna do our promo run stuff [Thursday]."
