Kanye West Facing Lawsuit Over "Yeezus" Track "New Slaves" ? (Article)

#AMPtv got the word that a Hungarian composer is currently in the process of suing Kanye West for $2.5 million, with claims that the rapper used one of his songs on "New Slaves" without his permission.

 TMZ has recently reported that Gabor Presser is taking the Chicago emcee to court for the track from Yeezus and says that Yeezy asked permission to use the song "Gyöngyhajú Lány," performed by the group Omega

. Presser says, however, that a formal deal was never finalized. Kanye sent him a $10,000 check for the song rights, but it was never cashed.
