J Focuz and The Lovely Bones Perform For Fundraiser, Raise $1000 For Good Cause (Article)

Over the weekend J Focuz and The Lovely Bones performed at a fundraiser that made over $1000 to contribute to a great cause.

Saturday April 25th The Lovely Bones and J Focuz rocked out to a big crowd for a Truth Music event at the Rock Bar in Lincoln Park to two downriver natives. One of the two reasons the fundraiser was held was to raise funds for a man whose house was burned down just a week prior to the event being held.

"We just wanted to get out and do something for some people in the community," J Focuz stated during the event which was packed with raffle prizes like a $250 PA System, a 3 hour limo ride worth $350 and more. "We didn't get paid for it, we did it out of the good of our hearts to try to help some people when they really needed it most.
