According to the reports, a judge decided to let Brown remain out of jail.
Chris Brown's probation has been formally revoked by a judge in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday afternoon, but he won't be going to jail, RadarOnline.com is reporting. Judge James Brandlin decided not to send the Grammy Award-winning singer to jail for violating terms of his probation for his felony conviction of beating former girlfriend, Rihanna, and decided to allow him to remain in treatment for anger management issues.(RadarOnline)
Chris Brown is expected to come back to court in February to report.
Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin cited details contained in an arrest report as his reason for revoking Brown's probation for the second time this year. He ordered Brown to return to court Feb. 10 to update him on his progress in rehab. Prosecutors did not request that Brown be sent to jail during Monday's hearing.(ABC News)
