#AMPtv got the word that Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz has reacted to stealing the spotlight this week on the Top 200 music sales charts with Based On A T.R.U. Story debuting atop its competition.

Chainz took to Twitter to thank hip-hop fans for supporting the biggest album of the week.

Leading the pack this week is 2 Chainz's Based On A T.R.U. Story debuting at No. 1. According to Nielsen SoundScan, Chainz's long-awaited debut has sold 146,900 copies after a week in stores.
