#AMPtv got the word that Southern rapper Soulja Boy Tell Em reportedly took his Bentley for a cruise in Hollywood this weekend but wound up getting into a publicized car wreck.
While details are still forming, it is unclear whether or not Soulja Boy was in the driver's seat.
Soulja Boy got into a car accident in his gleaming red Bentley moments ago in Hollywood ... and TMZ has pics of the aftermath. TMZ spoke with the other driver involved, who tells us, Soulja crossed into his lane and smashed into him while he was waiting for the light to change. People close to Soulja say the rapper wasn't even driving -- his bodyguard was. They say the other driver ran a red light and hit him. So far, it's unclear who's really at fault. Police are currently on the scene with a tow truck, which is loading up Soulja's ride. There were no serious injuries. (TMZ)
Last year, the 21 year-old rapper lost his brother to a fatal car crash.
Soulja Boy's half-brother, Deion Jenkins, 14, passed away last night (March 20) after getting involved in a car accident in Charleston, MS. As of press time the details of the crash are unknown. SB expressed his loss on his Twitter account earlier this morning. "[At] home crying my eyes out I can't believe my lil bro is gone...today is not my day. RIP lil bro love you always :(." (XXL Mag)
