After three years of dating, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are ready to say “I do.”
“I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,” Miley told Peoplemagazine.
Liam reportedly proposed to Miley on May 31 with 3.5-carat diamond ring from jeweler Neil Lane.
Miley, 19, met Liam, 22, when they co-starred in The Last Song together in 2009.
The LOL star even took it to Twitter to express her excitement on the engagement.
“Life is beautiful,” she tweeted on June 6. “I love you more today than yesterday but I love you less today than I will tomorrow….”

While an official wedding date has not been set, it’s interesting timing for the two since Liam’s stardom from The Hunger Games is about the reach high levels. But clearly, Liam took her advice on fame seriously.
“Always remember who was there for you before any of this matters,” Miley said at the premiere ofThe Hunger Games on March 12. “The people who love you for you and loved you from the beginning.”
